Growth Partnership
For selected businesses looking for a deeper long-term relationship.
A selective partnership where we contribute to business growth under a separately negotiated agreement.
Growth Partnership is not a standard payment plan. It is a selective arrangement individually discussed and negotiated between ExploreTechify and the business.
Discuss a Growth PartnershipWho it suits
- Businesses with strong potential where digital capability is the limiting factor
- Owners looking for a long-term strategic partner, not only a supplier
- Situations where shared goals and an agreed business interest make sense for both sides
The purpose of a growth partnership
Some businesses have strong potential but need more than a supplier to realise it. In selected cases, ExploreTechify can take a more committed role and work alongside the owners towards shared growth objectives.
What we can contribute
- Technical development and digital systems
- Digital presence, marketing support and SEO
- Operational structure, processes and automation
- Business-building support such as recruitment and reporting
Opportunities are evaluated individually
A Growth Partnership is not a standard package and is not available to every client. Each opportunity is assessed on its own merits — the business, its plans, the people involved and whether there is a good fit. Starting a project with us does not in itself create a partnership.
Important to know
- No equity, investment or profit-sharing arrangement is guaranteed.
- ExploreTechify does not automatically invest in a client's business, and does not automatically receive shares by starting a project.
- Responsibilities, valuation, ownership, decision-making, risk and other terms require separate due diligence and written agreements where applicable.
- We recommend that both parties take independent legal and financial advice.
Possible forms of partnership
If a partnership is agreed, its structure is negotiated separately. Each option has different legal, tax and commercial implications.
Profit-sharing
We receive an agreed share of the profit or revenue from a defined activity for an agreed period. This is a contractual arrangement — it does not give us ownership of the business.
Equity / shareholding
We become a shareholder by acquiring shares in the company. This involves ownership rights and obligations and requires valuation, company documentation and compliance with applicable company law.
Hybrid arrangement
A combination — for example a reduced fee together with profit-sharing or equity. Each element is defined and documented separately.

How a partnership is explored
- 01
Introductory conversation
Your business, your plans and what you are looking for.
- 02
Mutual evaluation
Both sides assess whether there is a genuine fit. Often a regular engagement is the better choice — we will say so.
- 03
Proposed structure
If there is a fit, a possible structure is outlined and discussed.
- 04
Written agreement
Terms are negotiated and documented, with independent advice recommended for both parties.
