How the monthly salary model works

It works just like hiring a staff member. You pay a fixed monthly salary, and every month we work on your business's tasks as your own dedicated team member — no new quote or project each time something needs doing. We agree together which kinds of tasks the role covers.

Scope, responsibilities, priorities and communication

Before we start, we agree in writing what the monthly scope covers, who is responsible for what on each side, how priorities are set, and how and how often we communicate. Requests outside the agreed scope are discussed with you before any extra work begins.

Monthly salary and billing

The monthly salary is based on the agreed workload and set out in a written proposal before work begins. Like an employee's salary, it is a fixed amount each month. There is no standard price list — the salary, billing schedule and payment terms are agreed with you individually.

Adjusting as your business changes

Your needs will change over time. The scope can be reviewed together at agreed intervals and adjusted up or down, with any change to the scope or fee agreed in writing.
