Quote, scope and timeline
You receive a written proposal with the agreed scope, price and an estimated timeline. Work starts only once you have accepted it.
Milestones and review
Where appropriate, larger projects are split into milestones. You review each milestone before we move on, so your feedback is built into the delivery.
Payment arrangements
Payment terms — for example an upfront portion, payment per milestone or payment on delivery — are agreed for each project before work begins. There is no single payment policy for all projects.
